This day was a great treat as we were told of the nesting Oystercatchers at Wrightsville Beach by a follow photographer. After spending most of the morning watching the nesting habits of the Oystercatcher and other bird species, I was able to capture this shot of an Oystercatcher returning to his nest from the Atlantic Ocean.
