I followed this Belted Kingfisher in the back pond of the refuge for a little while. I watched as he went from shoreline to shoreline and tree to water as he tried to capture a small fish for a meal. He stopped briefly to pose on this metal post for me. I love the lean of his body as it kind of matches the lean of the post. The bokeh background finishes the image with some beautiful color.
